Measure your net wrist
Wrap a soft tape around the narrowest part of your wrist. Keep it touching the skin without pulling tight. Enter that reading—do not add extra room yourself.
No tape? Mark a non-stretch string or paper strip, then measure it against a ruler.
Counts are approximate references for round beads. The server validates the exact mixed-material length of your design.
Natural crystal characteristics
Natural stones can show inclusions, color zoning, growth lines, clouding, ice-like internal fractures, mica flakes, minor flat spots, or small polishing marks. Batch quality is still inspected and disclosed separately.

A few things to know before you begin. From design and crystals to sizing, pet wear and production.
How does the custom design process work?
Choose your crystals and details in our DIY studio, or work one-on-one with our private designer. Review your materials, size and itemized price before ordering. We handcraft your piece after your design is confirmed.
Can I design my own piece?
Yes. Start with a blank design, choose available materials and bead sizes, then arrange them yourself. You can change your design before finalizing it.
Can a designer help me create my piece?
Yes. Contact our private designer on WhatsApp or email support@crysique.shop. Share your preferred colors, measurements and budget. This is a human design service, not an AI generator.
Are the crystals natural?
Material type and treatment can differ between beads. Check the information for each selected material and ask us to confirm anything unclear before ordering. Colors, markings and inclusions may vary; preview images are illustrative.
Is the pet jewelry a collar?
Our pet pieces are decorative crystal jewelry, not restraint collars. Never attach a leash. A designer must review the fit, materials and hardware for your pet before production. Supervise wear and remove the piece if damaged or uncomfortable.
How do I choose the right size?
Measure your wrist or your pet's neck directly with a flexible tape, then follow the Sizing & Materials Guide. Do not estimate measurements from a breed, body weight or photograph. Contact us if you are unsure.
How long does my custom piece take?
Production usually takes 1–3 working days, Monday to Friday excluding Chinese public holidays. Orders ship from China; estimated transit is 7–12 working days after dispatch. Transit varies by destination and customs. See our Shipping Policy.
Can I reorder a previous design?
Keep your Design ID and contact us. We can check whether the same crystals, sizes and hardware are still available; natural variations mean an exact visual duplicate cannot be guaranteed.
