After you place an order, we will send you an order confirmation email. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we begin production or ship your order.
Custom and Personalized Items
Our current products are custom-made or personalized. By placing a custom order, you agree to our Custom Order Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Completed personalized pieces are not eligible for discretionary change-of-mind returns. Production-stage cancellations, defective or incorrect goods and mandatory consumer rights are covered by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Measure carefully and contact us before ordering if you are unsure.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Prices are subject to applicable taxes, duties, and shipping fees.
We currently accept payment through PayPal. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.
We are not responsible for any fees charged by your bank, payment provider, or currency exchange service.
Promotions and Discounts
We may offer promotions, discounts, or coupon codes from time to time. These offers are subject to specific terms and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice. Promotions cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
Shipping and Delivery

Returns and Refunds

If you submit design instructions, images, reviews, photos, or other content, you represent that you have the right to do so and that your submission does not infringe on any third-party rights.
By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your submission solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and improving our services.
We reserve the right to remove any content that we consider unlawful, offensive, or infringing.

Natural variations in crystals, including color, inclusions, texture, and shape, are normal and are not considered defects.
Limitation of Liability

Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, contact support@crysique.shop so we can try to resolve it. This does not require arbitration or prevent either party from using an available court, payment-provider dispute process or statutory consumer remedy.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of our website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Severability

Current Production & Cancellation Information
Production normally takes 1–3 working days after payment and confirmation of the required design details. Production working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Chinese public holidays. Time spent waiting for your measurements, clarification or design approval is separate from production time. We will contact you if an agreed estimate changes.
For voluntary cancellations, email support@crysique.shop with your order number. Before production begins, you may cancel for a full refund. After we notify you that production has begun, cancellation within the next 24 consecutive hours qualifies for a 70% refund of the amount paid, provided the piece has not been completed. After those 24 hours, but before completion, the refund is 50% of the amount paid. Once production is complete, we do not accept discretionary cancellations unrelated to a defect, our error or a legal right.
The 24-hour period runs continuously from our production-start notification; it is not measured in business days. We use the time your cancellation request reaches us, not the time we reply. These voluntary cancellation deductions do not apply where a full refund or another remedy is required by law, or where we cancel because we cannot fulfill the order.
