Our Custom Service

CRYSIQUE offers made-to-order crystal jewelry. Build a design in our DIY studio or work with a human private designer through WhatsApp or email. Review your selected materials, dimensions, arrangement, personalization and itemized price before ordering. Only details confirmed for your order form part of the agreed design.

Design Details & Approval

Supply accurate measurements and any required wording or instructions. Where a design proof is required, production waits for your approval. Confirm all details carefully. We will notify you when production begins. Requests to change an approved design may affect price and timing; we will seek your agreement before additional work or charges.

Production & Dispatch

Production normally takes 1–3 working days after payment and confirmation of the required design details. Production working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Chinese public holidays. Time spent waiting for your measurements, clarification or design approval is separate from production time. We will contact you if an agreed estimate changes.

Orders are dispatched from China. Estimated transit after dispatch is 7–12 working days, depending on the destination and carrier. Weekends, public holidays and customs processing can affect transit. Production and transit are separate periods, and estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Please ask us before ordering if you need a piece for a specific date.

Production-Stage Cancellations

For voluntary cancellations, email support@crysique.shop with your order number. Before production begins, you may cancel for a full refund. After we notify you that production has begun, cancellation within the next 24 consecutive hours qualifies for a 70% refund of the amount paid, provided the piece has not been completed. After those 24 hours, but before completion, the refund is 50% of the amount paid. Once production is complete, we do not accept discretionary cancellations unrelated to a defect, our error or a legal right.

The 24-hour period runs continuously from our production-start notification; it is not measured in business days. We use the time your cancellation request reaches us, not the time we reply. These voluntary cancellation deductions do not apply where a full refund or another remedy is required by law, or where we cancel because we cannot fulfill the order.

Completed Custom Pieces

We do not offer discretionary change-of-mind returns for completed custom pieces. If we made an error or your item is damaged, defective or not as described, please contact us. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Nothing in this policy restricts mandatory consumer rights. Where the legal exception applies to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized, the EU/UK change-of-mind withdrawal right does not apply; being made after an order alone does not automatically create that exception. Rights relating to faulty, damaged, misdescribed or non-conforming goods remain available, including repair, replacement, price reduction or refund as applicable. Our voluntary cancellation terms do not replace those rights.

Material & Preview Accuracy

Material types, colors, sizes and treatments depend on the selected bead. Ask us to confirm any unclear disclosure before ordering. Natural stones may vary in color, markings and inclusions. Digital previews illustrate the design and relative bead sizes; screen zoom and device settings mean they are not a physically calibrated ruler. We do not guarantee an exact photographic duplicate.

Pet Designs

Pet pieces are decorative crystal jewelry, not restraint collars. Do not attach a leash. A designer must review the proposed fit, materials, weight and hardware for your pet before production. The ability to preview a material does not constitute safety approval. Do not send pet hair, ashes or other personal materials unless we have explicitly agreed in writing to receive them.

Your Reference Images & Designs

You must have permission to submit reference images, wording and other content. You give us permission to use these materials to discuss and fulfill your order, not automatic permission to publish your personal photos or endorsement. We may decline requests that infringe rights or cannot be made as specified; if we cannot fulfill an accepted order, we will explain and provide the refund required.

Decorative Use

Crystal meanings are cultural or personal inspiration, not medical claims. Our jewelry is not a treatment or a substitute for medical or veterinary care.
