CRYSIQUE was born from a simple question: what if the jewelry you wear every day could hold something more than beauty? What if it could hold meaning?
We started with a small workbench, a handful of handpicked crystals, and a belief that the most powerful pieces are not the ones that sparkle the loudest — they are the ones that tell your story. Every crystal we select carries millions of years of formation within it. Every piece we craft is made for one person, and one person only.
That is why we call what we do “One of One.”
Why We Do This
We live in a world of mass production, where identical items roll off the same assembly line by the thousands. But the moments that matter most in your life — a bond with someone you love, a promise you made to yourself, a memory you refuse to let fade — those are not mass-produced.

Our founder first encountered the quiet power of crystals during a period of personal change. A single piece of amethyst, held in the palm during a difficult season, became a tangible reminder of calm. It was not magic. It was intention — the act of choosing to carry something meaningful, something that reminded her to breathe.
That moment became a conviction: people deserve jewelry that carries their energy, not a factory’s.
From that conviction, CRYSIQUE was founded.
How We Work
Every CRYSIQUE piece begins not with a design template, but with a conversation. When you place a custom order, our designers work with you to understand:
- The crystal that speaks to you
- The name, date, or symbol you want to carry
- The story behind the piece
Then our artisans begin. Each piece is handcrafted to order — not pulled from a shelf, not pre-assembled, not identical to anything that came before it.
We ship from our atelier in China, where our artisans combine traditional handcraft techniques with modern precision. Every piece is inspected, polished, and packaged with care before it begins its journey to you.
Production time: 1–3 working days.
Our Crystals
We work exclusively with natural crystals. That means:
- No dyed agate. No glass passed off as quartz. No synthetic stones pretending to be something they are not.
- Natural variation is celebrated. Every crystal has unique inclusions, color depth, and texture. These are not flaws — they are fingerprints, records of the stone’s formation over millennia.
- Hand-selected. Each stone is chosen by hand for its energy, clarity, and character.

What You Can Expect From Us
When you order from CRYSIQUE, here is what we commit to:
A real person responds to you. When you email support@crysique.shop, you are not talking to a bot. Every message is read and answered by our team.
Your design is reviewed before production. If something is unclear or needs clarification, we will reach out. We do not guess with your piece.
Your piece is made for you, not for inventory. We do not pre-make custom orders. Your piece enters production only after you place your order.
We stand behind our craftsmanship. Report damage, defects or incorrect items promptly at support@crysique.shop. A report made after 48 hours does not by itself remove your legal rights. We will provide the remedy required by applicable law.
Our Commitment to Trust
We know that ordering custom jewelry from an online store — especially one that ships internationally — requires trust. Here is how we earn it:
- Transparent pricing. No hidden fees at checkout. Shipping is $10 flat under $258; free above that.
- Clear timelines. 1–3 working days production. 7–12 working days shipping. We tell you up front.
- Real communication. If there is a delay, we will tell you. If there is an issue, we will address it.
- Honest policies. Our returns, shipping, and custom order policies are written in plain language, not buried in fine print.

Current Production & Cancellation Information
Production normally takes 1–3 working days after payment and confirmation of the required design details. Production working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Chinese public holidays. Time spent waiting for your measurements, clarification or design approval is separate from production time. We will contact you if an agreed estimate changes.
For voluntary cancellations, email support@crysique.shop with your order number. Before production begins, you may cancel for a full refund. After we notify you that production has begun, cancellation within the next 24 consecutive hours qualifies for a 70% refund of the amount paid, provided the piece has not been completed. After those 24 hours, but before completion, the refund is 50% of the amount paid. Once production is complete, we do not accept discretionary cancellations unrelated to a defect, our error or a legal right.
The 24-hour period runs continuously from our production-start notification; it is not measured in business days. We use the time your cancellation request reaches us, not the time we reply. These voluntary cancellation deductions do not apply where a full refund or another remedy is required by law, or where we cancel because we cannot fulfill the order.
