How to Measure Your Wrist
You can measure your wrist at home using one of the following simple methods:
Method 1: Measuring Tape
Wrap a soft measuring tape around your wrist, just below the wrist bone. Keep it snug but not tight. The number where the tape meets is your wrist size. Do not add extra space, as the bracelet already includes a comfortable fit allowance.
Method 2: String, Ribbon, or Paper Strip
If you don’t have a measuring tape, use a piece of string, ribbon, or a strip of paper. Wrap it around your wrist, mark where the ends meet, and lay it flat against a ruler to measure the length in inches or centimeters.
Method 3: Estimate by Height and Weight (For Gifts)
If you are buying a gift and don’t know the exact wrist size, you can use the charts below to estimate it. However, an actual measurement is always best.
Women’s Size Estimation
Estimated Wrist Size by Weight (Women):
- Under 99 lbs (45 kg): 5.5 in (14 cm)
- 99–110 lbs (45–50 kg): 5.9 in (15 cm)
- 110–121 lbs (50–55 kg): 5.9–6.3 in (15–16 cm)
- Over 121 lbs (55 kg): 6.3–6.7 in (16–17 cm)
Recommended Bead Size by Height (Women):
- Height 4’11″–5’5″ (150–165 cm): Single wrap 6–8 mm; 108-bead mala 3–5 mm
- Height 5’5″–5’9″ (165–175 cm): Single wrap 10–12 mm; 108-bead mala 5–6 mm
Men’s Size Estimation
Estimated Wrist Size by Weight (Men):
- Under 132 lbs (60 kg): 6.3 in (16 cm)
- 132–143 lbs (60–65 kg): 6.7 in (17 cm)
- 143–154 lbs (65–70 kg): 6.7–7.1 in (17–18 cm)
- Over 154 lbs (70 kg): 7.1–7.5 in (18–19 cm)
Recommended Bead Size by Height (Men):
- Height 5’5″–5’7″ (165–170 cm): 14–15 mm
- Height 5’7″–5’11” (170–180 cm): 14–16 mm
- Height 5’11″–6’3″ (180–190 cm): 16–18 mm

Note: Because our beads are handmade and polished, there is a reasonable size tolerance of ±0.3 mm. This does not affect the overall aesthetic. Standard sizes for women are 6–12 mm; standard sizes for men are 12–16 mm.
Bead Size and Weight Reference
Different crystals have different densities. For example, garnet, kyanite, and obsidian are naturally heavier than clear quartz. The weights below are approximate references for a standard single-wrap bracelet. If you are sensitive to weight, please keep this in mind.

Materials
We work exclusively with natural crystals and stones. We do not use dyed agate, glass, or synthetic stones passed off as natural crystals.
Because we use natural materials, no two pieces are exactly alike. Natural variations in color, inclusions, texture, shape, and size are normal and celebrated — they are not defects. Please review our Crystal Disclaimer for more details.
Our jewelry is strung on durable elastic cord or strong wire, depending on the design. If you have specific material questions, metal allergies (such as nickel sensitivity), or concerns about the stringing, please contact us at support@crysique.shop before placing your order.
Jewelry Care
To keep your piece looking its best, please avoid harsh chemicals, remove your jewelry before swimming or showering, and store it in a soft pouch when not in use. For detailed care instructions, please see our Warranty & Jewelry Care page.

Pet Measurements & Decorative Wear
Measure your pet directly at the intended wearing position using a flexible tape. Send the neck measurement, species and fit requirements to the designer; do not estimate from breed or body weight. The designer must review the dimensions, material weight and hardware before production. Do not use a bracelet weight chart as evidence of a safe pet-jewelry weight.
Pet jewelry is decorative and must not be used as a restraint or attached to a leash. Supervise wear, prevent chewing and remove any damaged or uncomfortable piece. A preview or shared human/pet material library is not pet-safety certification.
